Privacy, in plain words.
The app, the browser toy and this website are separate things.
squiiish is made by Jason Csizmadi at Dangergraphics. This policy covers the native iOS app, the browser toy and squiiish.com.
Effective October 2, 2026.
The native iOS app
The app works without an account. The native app has no advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not send gameplay, saved friends, settings or motion readings to the developer.
Friends, settings and recent choices are saved on the device. There is no app-operated cloud sync. Device backups and optional diagnostics are managed separately by you and Apple. Deleting the app and its data removes its local saves; backup copies are managed through your device backup settings.
Tilt and shake use motion sensors during play. Motion readings are not saved or sent to the developer. Sounds and music are generated on the device. The app does not record your microphone or access your camera, contacts or location.
A creator website link is available behind a grown-up task in the app. Opening it uses your browser and that website’s own privacy practices. No gameplay or motion readings are added to the link.
The browser toy
The browser toy stores friends and settings, plus tutorial progress, in local storage on this browser. This data remains until you clear the site’s storage or your browser removes it. It does not sync with the iOS app. No accounts, ads or analytics are implemented in the browser toy.
You can remove these saved preferences using your browser’s site-data settings. Doing so resets the browser toy. The toy also includes an optional creator website link; visiting it is governed by that website’s own practices.
This marketing website
This website serves its fonts, artwork and gameplay video from the same site. It includes no analytics scripts, advertising, account system, forms or third-party video embeds. Loading a page requests files from the server.
The website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit, Vercel receives technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to deliver and protect the site. Operational logs may be retained under Vercel’s service settings and policies. This is separate from the native app, which does not send gameplay data to this website.
